Ryan, in partnership with Mary Lang, founded Shadowbox Logistics and has been deeply involved with all phases of the firm's development, strategy, and positioning since the inception of the business. 
 
Ryan has exclusively invested in the industrial and logistics product type for over seventeen years. During this period, Ryan has seen many step-functions as the asset has evolved into an essential operating business providing mission critical infrastructure functioning as the structural backbone to global and local trade. With an intense focus and intimate understanding of how global customers utilize their facilities, Ryan has scaled experience buying, building, owning, and operating best-in-class facilities that increase efficiency metrics while enhancing resiliency measures. 
 
Prior to founding Shadowbox Logistics, Ryan partnered with Mary at CBRE Investment Management to launch and grow a logistics focused, open-end, core-plus fund. Previously, Ryan was a Regional Director for Clarion Partner's Lion Industrial Trust responsible for the overall strategy, growth, and performance across key regions of the United States. Over his career, Ryan has executed over sixteen million square feet of leases, fifty-five million square feet of developments, with fourteen million square feet of acquisitions and dispositions. In total, these transactions have totaled over $6.6 billion of gross capital deployed. Ryan also formally managed fifteen global Strategic Tenant Relationships.
